New parents Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone became tenants in an apartment at Beau Monde Towers Co-operative Housing Society Ltd in Mumbai. The couple has rented the place for Rs 7 lakh per month. The apartment is situated in Prabhadevi, a locality known for its strategic connectivity. It links well with the Western and Central suburbs, as well as important highways such as the Western Express Highway and the Worli-Bandra Sea Link.

The apartment covers a built-up area of 3,245 sq ft and a carpet area of 2,319.50 sq ft. It also provides dedicated parking space for three cars. The lease agreement, which was registered this month, has a tenure of three years. Additionally, the agreement includes an initial security deposit of Rs 21 lakh as per Square Yards.
The celebrity couple rental arrangement follows a tiered structure. For the first 18 months, the monthly rent is Rs 7 lakh. After that, the rent will increase to Rs 7.35 lakh for the remaining 18 months. The apartment offers several luxurious amenities, including an equipped gym, a swimming pool, and state-of-the-art security systems.
In addition to this, Deepika also rents another apartment, which is in the same building, Beau Monde Towers. The project offers a variety of 2, 3, 4, and 5 BHK apartments.
